                    This salad is great at cookouts and is quick to fix! If salad is too dry or gets too dry add a little milk. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained  |  
                                                1 (15.25 ounce) can white corn, drained  |  
                                                2 tomatoes, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 (15 ounce) can sweet peas, drained  |  
                                                1 cucumber, diced  |  
                                                1 purple onion, diced  |  
                                                3 tablespoons pimentos  |  
                                                1 cup mayonnaise  |  
                                                salt and pepper to taste  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large bowl, mix the corn, white corn, tomatoes, sweet peas, cucumber, onion, and pimentos. Fold in the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.                              |
