I received this at my annual Christmas bake exchange. This treat didn't last long and so I asked for the recipe so I could make another batch myself. This square is quite rich so you can cut it into small pieces. Place into mini muffin cup papers for an extra special touch Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine |
3 tablespoons corn syrup |
6 mars bars (cut up) |
1 1/2 cups rice krispies |
1/8 cup margarine |
1 cup milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Melt first 3 ingredients together. 2. Add Rice Krispies, and mix well. 3. Pour into a 9X9 foil lined pan. 4. Cool slightly while preparing topping. 5. Pour topping over top and refrigerate. 6. Keep cool until ready to serve. |
