Ingredients:
14 pieces manicotti
15 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 -8 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded on top
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 ounces spaghetti sauce
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. Cool in single layer. Heat oven to 350.
2. Stir together cheeses, parsley, salt & pepper.
3. Spoon into cooled pasta shells.
4. Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of dish.
5. Arrange pasta tubes in single layer.
6. Top with sauce & extra mozzarella.
7. Cover with foil.
8. Bake 40 min until bubbly.
