I winged this recipe last week and it came out great on a smoked pork loin. Feel free to add some cayenne or use your favorite paprika instead of the generic supermarket spices. If you aren't smoking your meat, you may wish to add more cumin or use smoked paprika instead.
Ingredients:
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix together thoroughly and break up any lumps. Rub on your meat no more than an hour before cooking, then cook as you like.
