My estimation, for nutritional analysis purposes. The Korean diet site claims 300g and 484kcal per roll. I tweaked the recipe to match the calories; but it's heavier, so I'm missing something. But it's better than a big chunk of Other in the pie chart. Ingredients:
1 cup rice, short-grain, cooked |
1 tsp rice vinegar |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp dark sesame oil |
1 sheet sushi nori |
1/4 large carrot |
3/4 egg |
3 oz steamed spinach |
12 g spam |
12 g oriental radish |
1 tbsp sesame seeds |
