A little bit goes a long way, alot leaves you on the floor. Cool time and chill time not reflected in prep or cooking time. Ingredients:
1 gallon apple juice |
1/2 gallon apple cider |
4 cinnamon sticks |
1 liter everclear alcohol |
Directions:
1. In a large nonreactive stock pot combine the apple juice, apple cider and cinnamon sticks. 2. Bring to a full boil, reduce heat to a simmer. 3. Simmer for 2 hours. 4. Cool to room temperature. 5. Add Everclear and chill. |
