If you love carrot cake this is the one to try. Ingredients:
2 cups grated carrots |
2 cups sugar |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup nuts |
1 1/2 cups oil |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and pour into a 13x9 inch pan. 2. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour. 3. Done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Frost with cream cheese frosting. |
