Supposed to come from Irelands restaurant; no crust or no bake crust; looks rich and easy. Ingredients:
7 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine cocoa, flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, chocolate chips, and pecans. 2. Pour into a greased pyrex pie plate. 3. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes until done. |
