My son gave me this recipe and it's so easy to make. Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 medium potato, peeled and diced |
2 carrots, peeled and sliced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/3 cup celery, chopped |
8oz. smoked kielbasa, thinly sliced |
1 can (11 1/2 oz) bean with bacon soup,undiluted |
chopped fresh parsley, if desired |
Directions:
1. Bring water and vegetables to a boil in a large saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. 2. Add Kielbasa and soup and heat thoroughly 3. Garnish with parsley, if desired |
