From Boar's Head brand of meat & cheese products recipe booklet. Ingredients:
1 ring kielbasa |
30 slices cocktail bread |
1 jar plain spaghetti sauce |
15 slices mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Slice kielbassa into 1/8 circles. 2. Place bread slices on baking sheet. 3. Top each slice with one or two teaspoons of spaghetti sauce. 4. Place two or three circles of kielbassaon top of each sauce-covered slice. 5. Cover each with half a slice of mozzarella. 6. Place under preheated broiler for about three minutes until cheese melts. |
