A fusion of a quick and easy Chow Mein with the garlicky flavor of kielbasa. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
1 lb kielbasa, cubed |
2 tablespoons water |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chinese vegetables |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
2 tablespoons water |
3 cups hot cooked white rice |
chow mein noodles |
Directions:
1. Saute kielbasa in oil over medium high heat until lightly browned. 2. Add water and frozen vegetables, cook separating vegetables with a fork until defrosted. 3. Reduce heat, add soy and cook 4-5 minutes. 4. Mix cornstarch and water, add to the pan and cook, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. 5. Serve over rice and top with Chow Mein Noodles. |
