Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa, sliced |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed |
2 cups water |
1 cup rice, uncooked |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons caraway seeds |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Brown kielbasa in large skillet. 2. Add onion and garlic and saute until limp. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 4. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. |
