I created this recipe to have something quick to make that basically seasons itself. Made with Kielbasa and Cream of Mushroom soup, you can serve this over noodles or rice. Ingredients:
1 kielbasa, sliced and cut into pieces |
1 tablespoon sunflower oil |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, roasted garlic works best |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop the kielbasa into small pieces. I like to cut slices about 1/2 inch thick then cut each slice into 4 pieces. 2. Fry the kielbasa in the cooking oil for at least 5 minutes. 3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and the spices. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. 4. Serve over noodles or rice prepared per package instructions. |
