This is a favorite for weeknights. Easy and quick. Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa, cut in chunks |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 head cabbage, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon caraway seed |
Directions:
1. Cook kielbasa in butter until browned. 2. Add remaining ingredients; stir well; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Cabbage should be crisp-tender. |
