1/2 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 dash ground cinnamon, to taste |
1 cinnamon stick (optional) |
Directions:
1. In blender container place the apple juice, buttermilk, lemon juice, and cinnamon. 2. Cover, blend 15 seconds at high speed. 3. Pour into a glass. 4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired. |
