1 cup kidney bean, boiled (rajma) |
1 large onion, chopped |
nacho chip, as required |
4 tomatoes, boiled and ground to paste |
1 medium bell pepper, sliced |
salt |
black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon margarine |
2 tablespoons tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce |
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix |
1 small white onion, sliced |
1 medium bell pepper, sliced |
iceberg lettuce, chopped |
100 g black olives |
1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and margarine in a pan. 2. Fold in the chopped onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add tomato paste and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes. 4. Fold in the cooked rajma and all the sauces alongwith salt, pepper and chilli powder. 5. Allow it to cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens. 6. Then let it cool for a while(10-15 minutes). 7. Now take a flat plate and arrange Nacho chips all over it. 8. Pour the prepared mixture over the chips. 9. Add the topping ingredients over this one by one in layers. 10. Lastly, top off with cheese and microwave for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts. 11. Serve hot. 12. Enjoy! |
