Ingredients:
2 cups red kidney beans, baked |
1 medium onion, ground |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sweet relish |
1 dash dry mustard |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon white horseradish |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash beans* under cold water; drain well. 2. In medium bowl, mix all other ingredients until well blended. 3. Add drained beans; stir gently until mixed well. 4. Refrigerate until served. 5. *If you prefer, the beans can be chopped a bit, rather than used whole. |
