I used to make these for my kids before they hopped on the school bus. Ingredients:
1 egg (pasturized if you are skittish or scald the milk and temper the egg into it, chill) |
1 1/2 cups whole milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon superfine sugar |
1 pinch cinnamon (or nutmeg) |
Directions:
1. Whiz everything in a blender and pour into a large glass. 2. To make it a big milkshake add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mmmm,. |
