Found on the Sailu's Kitchen recipe blog where she states Recipes from an Indian kitchen with a focus on Andhra cuisine . This is a very kid friendly recipe for kids all over the world. Ingredients:
2 cups mangoes, peeled & diced |
6 ice cubes |
1/2 cup thick coconut milk |
1 teaspoon honey |
2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. 2. Add more honey or sugar as needed for your particular tastes. 3. Pour into glasses and serve. |
