From a kids' cookbook - easy for kids to make on their own. This is best served immediately because the cones get soggy after being in the refrigerator overnight. Ingredients:
7 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips |
5 sugar ice cream cones |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 2. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. Pipe into ice cream cones using a ziploc bag with a small hole in one corner. |
