Kicks Butt On Red Lobster Biscuits

I say 6 servings, which is 2 per person...we eat more when these are made! Using Bisquick mix and adding a few things...makes the tatiest drop biscuit I have made!
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c milk (more if needed)
paprika to taste
garlic powder to taste
2 tbs bacon grease or butter, melted
1/2-3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 slices of bacon, cooked crisply
Directions:
1. mix bisquick, paprika, garlic powder
2. Stir in sour cream, bacon grease or butter and milk.
3. Mix well to make a thick consistency
4. Add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon and mix well
5. drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet
6. bake at 425* for 8-10 min or til lightly brown and done
7. Might be real good with some chopped green onions or chives :)
