Kicking Buffalo Chicken Dip |

Got this spicy cheesy dip from Hope a friend of mine. Yes I adapted it. Yes you can used canned chicken. Recipe can be easily halved. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
10 ounces of chunky blue cheese dressing |
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded |
12 ounces hot sauce, use your favorite from sriracha to chipotle hot to sweet |
Directions:
1. Melt cream cheese and blue cheese dressing in a pot over low heat. 2. Place that in a large casserole. 3. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded chicken, and hot sauce. 4. Give a good stir. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes until its hot a bubbly. 6. Serve with chips, cucumber slices, pepper sticks, celery. |
