Ingredients:
2 ounces coffee-flavored liqueur (recommended: kahlua) |
2 ounces vanilla-flavored vodka |
1 ounce creme de cacao |
2 scoops premium vanilla ice cream |
toasted sweetened coconut flakes, garnish |
unsweetened cocoa, garnish |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the coffee liqueur, vodka, creme de cacao and ice cream. Blend until frothy.
2. Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with the coconut flakes and cocoa and serve immediately.
