Spicy Mexican bean side dish. Yummy!! Woman's World Ingredients:
1/2 c diced fed onions |
1 tbs each minced garlic and olive oil |
2 cans(15.5 oz ea) black beans,drained(rinsed,if desired) |
1 can(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes |
1 small pickled jalapeno pepper,minced |
2 tsp dried oregano |
1/2 tsp ground cumin |
2 tbs ea. minced fresh cilantro and lime juice |
Directions:
1. In saucepot over medium heat,cook diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil 2 mins. 2. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Increase heat to high. Bring to boil. 3. Reduce heat;let simmer 15 mins. Stir in remaining ingredients. |
