Great with a roast beef! Ingredients:
3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed |
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1/4 cup butter, cubed |
2 tbs prepared horseradish |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Bring potatoes to a boil; then reduce heat and cover for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain. 2. In a large bowl, mash potatoes with remaining ingredients. |
