Kick. Butt. Ingredients:
1/4 cup quick oats |
1/2 cup water |
1 tsp cinnamon, ground |
1/2 tbsp brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Either: a) Boil water then add to oats or b) Microwave combination of the two for 1-2 minutes. 2. Add honey, cinnamon, and 1/5 tbsp of sugar. 3. Stir. 4. Add the remaining 1/5 of sugar and allow to melt atop your concoction. |
