My uncle was quite surprised when he tasted this . It was quite a refreshing dish which can actually surprise you . Just make sure you have the rite sauce to go along with it . Ingredients:
2 c cooked rice |
1 c boneless meat , chilled |
1 onion , chopped |
1 green chilli , chopped |
1 tbsp corriander leaves , chopped |
pinch of salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Coarsely grind the rice with salt . 2. Keep aside . 3. Grind the meat . 4. Fry the onion , chilli , pepper and salt for 1 minute . 5. Add the minced meat and fry till it turns brown . 6. Mix corriander . 7. Shape rice into flat balls . 8. Fill with meat and form into cutlets and sprinkle with flour . 9. Fry in oil till golden brown . 10. Serve hot with sauce . |
