I made this for the first time today and it turned out great. I have just estimated the measurements. If this sounds too spicy to you, please decrease the amount of spices Ingredients:
3 cups ground meat |
1 cup peas |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
2 tablespoons garlic paste |
2 tablespoons ginger paste |
1 tablespoon red chili powder |
1 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 tablespoon garam masala |
1 tablespoon cumin powder |
2 tablespoons coriander powder |
2 tablespoons oil |
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
salt |
water |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil. 2. Add the onions, garlic and ginger. 3. Once softened, add the seasonings. 4. Saute for about 3 minutes and add the peas and tomatoes. 5. Add the ground meat and cook. 6. Add water to get the consistency you want. 7. Add salt to taste. 8. Cook till done and add the cilantro and mix it. 9. Serve with bread or rice. |
