Fried Chickpea Flour Curry. It tastes like cheese curry. I saw this on Handi , a Pakistani cooking show and was cooked by Zubaida Tariq. Its an Indian dish. Not difficult to make and a vegetarian dish. Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt |
4 tablespoons chickpea flour (gram) |

6 mustard seeds |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder |
2 teaspoons coriander powder |
1 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 teaspoon red chili powder |

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients for khandwiyan and cook in a sauce pan till the mixture gets very thick. 2. Oil a flat dish and spread the mixture evenly. Let it cool and then cut into cubes or diamonds. 3. To make gravy, heat the oil and add mustard seeds and fry. 4. Add chopped onions and fry till they get light pink in color. 5. Add green chillies, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder with a lil water and cook a lil till the oil comes on the surface. Then add two cups of water. 6.
