This dish is very famous in Georgian and Caucasian (nationality food). It's very good with red wine. (and as usually - sorry for my english:)) Ingredients:
puff pastry (1 plate) |
cheese (we used special cheese - suluguni, but you can use mozzarella and add salt) - 150-200 grm. |
one egg |
and one egg for cover the cake |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. to grate the cheese (or chopped) 2. add one egg to cheese 3. add salt and pepper 4. to roll pastry 5. put the cheese staff on the one side of pastry and cover other part of pastry. 6. to spread pastry with egg. 7. put in the oven for 20-30 min (180 C) |
