This is a copycat recipe from that I found. My wife says it's her favorite BBQ sauce now. We make this, use what we want the first time, and put it back in the bottle for storage. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) bottle hickory smoke barbecue sauce |
1/2 cup water |
4 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 teaspoons liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Heat over medium to medium low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. 3. Let cool to desired temperature. |
