I love the smoked tuna dip on many restaurant menus in southern Florida. It's easy to make and a yummy surprise to serve to a bunch of Yankees! Ingredients:
2 (5 ounce) envelopes hickory-smoked tuna |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
2 teaspoons horseradish |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers, veggies, or chips. |
