Key Lime Pie - the Real One |

I used a premade crust on this pie, and ended wishing I'd made my own. Everything else was a perfect balance of sweet and tart! Ingredients:
graham cracker pie crust |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
4 egg yolks |
1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled) |
Directions:
1. Mix pie ingredients and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for 8 hours. 2. This does not have to be baked, but if you are squeamish about eating raw egg, you may bake at 350 for 15 minutes, and then chill. |
