Key Lime Fruit Salad

This is great for the summer....its nice and refreshing....goes great with BBQ ....can be used for a dessert........
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut
1 container key lime pie yogurt (6 oz)
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or 20 oz can of pineapple chunks
1 cup strawberry halves
2 cups green grapes
1 cup blueberries
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
Directions:
1. Bake coconut uncovered in ungreased shallow pan in 350 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
2. mix yogurt and orange juice.
3. Layer fruit in order listed in 2 1/2 quart clear glass bowl.
4. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit.
5. Sprinkle with coconut.
6. Serve immediately.
