Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 package(s) cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon(s) grated lime peel |
2 eggs |
1 graham cracker pie crust |
1 cup(s) cool whip topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar, lime peel, lime juice, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, mix until blended. Pour mixture evenly into pie crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 4 hours, top with whip cream. Enjoy! |
