This is a recipe my neighbor gave me.... I havent made it yet but its on my to do list... She loves it......
Ingredients:
1 white cake mix with pudding (pillsbury)
2 cups whipping cream
1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
Directions:
1. Prepare cake as directed on box in layers or 9 x 13 pan.
2. Cool cake completely.
3. Cut cake in layers in half horizontally.
4. Whip cream till stiff.
5. In separate bowl, stir together Eagle Brand milk and lime juice.
6. Fold into whipped cream.
7. Frost between layers and on sides of cake.
8. May garnish top with a twisted slice of lime.
9. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours before serving.

11. She fixed the cake in layers, but she has had it in a 9 x 13 pan too.
12. The 9 x 13 pan looked great on a pretty party tray.
13. There was plenty of frosting, so you can ice the layers good.
14. You can use the egg white version on the cake mix as well.
15. It takes more than 5 small limes to make enough juice so you need to have several extra limes to make enough juice.
16. she said the fresh limes tasted better than the bottled juice.
