From Tennessee Home & Farm magazine. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box moist lemon cake mix |
4 ounces instant lemon pudding mix |
4 eggs |
1 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup lime juice |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1/3 cup lime juice |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and flour 10-inch bundt pan. 3. Combine all cake ingredients. 4. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. 5. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. 6. Cool for 30 minutes in pan. 7. Invert to cooling rack. 8. Return back to clean bundt pan. 9. Poke holes in warm cake and pour glaze over top of cake. |
