My husbands favorite dish! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
3 (12 ounce) cans tomato soup |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon oregano |
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans |
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
desired amount mashed potatoes |
desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cook up ground beef; drain off fat. 3. Add tomato soup and seasonings. 4. Simmer 5-8 minutes. 5. Add green beans and corn. 6. Put in baking dish, top with mashed potatoes. 7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. 8. Serve topped with cheese. |
