Apparently one of his favorites. Ingredients:
4 -5 large potatoes |
1 onion, diced |
canola oil |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes for 1/2 hour. 2. Let dry, chop up. 3. Put 1 inch of oil in bottom of frying pan. 4. Add diced onion. 5. Fry potatoes till brown. |
