1 cup shortening |
4 cups powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Cream shortening in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
2. Add sugar slowly and continue creaming until well blended.
3. Add salt, vanilla, and whipping cream.
4. Mix on low speed until moistened.
5. Mix on high speed until frosting is fluffy.
