Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 cup semolina
cashew nuts
raisins
sugar
ghee
Directions:
1. Fry the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.
2. Then fry the semolina lightly.
3. Add to this milk sugar and a little bit of ghee and keep stirring till it starts leaving the sides.
4. Pour it to a plare which is greased.
5. Then cut it after a little while.
6. Instead of milk you can use coconut milk.
7. Instead of sugar you can use jaggery.
8. Lastly decorate with the fried raisins.
