This recipe can as an insert in my power bill Alabama Power always include a recipe in their bill. I wonder if it's to ease the shock. Just kidding. It is a recipe from Joyce Willford of Seale, AL. It sounds easy and delicious. It's next on my list to make! Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Mix sugar and flour with fork. 3. Add eggs and melted butter. 4. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla. 5. Mix well. 6. Pour mixture into pie crust. 7. Bake for 45 minutes. 8. Let cool before cutting. 9. YUM! |
