2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted |
4 teaspoons bourbon |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup pecans, whole |
1 (16 ounce) package chocolate chips |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine first seven ingredients in order that they are listed. 3. Pour ingredients into pie shell. 4. Bake for 45-50 minutes. |
