Kentucky Corn Pudding

An old family favorite from my grandmother, Two Moms. A soft mellow vegetable casserole. Baked to a golden brown.
Ingredients:
2 each egg, beaten
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 cups whole kernel corn, frozen, thawed
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. In large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, salt and flour. Mix until creamy.
2. Add milk then fold in corn.
3. Melt butter in a baking dish. Pour corn mixture over butter.
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in covered dish. Stir pudding from bottom during first 30 minutes of baking. Uncover for last 15-20 minutes to brown.
