Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup boiling water |
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon whipping cream |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Combine cornmeal and salt; add boiling water, and stir well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. 2. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto a greased griddle. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. |
