Chicken and Pasta Ingredients:
24 ounces chicken |
1 medium yellow bell pepper |
1 medium red bell pepper |
1 medium orange bell pepper |
1 medium onion |
1 lb spinach |
12 ounces fire roasted peppers |
1 lb organic whole wheat penne |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Pour one tbsp olive oil in pan and heat. 2. Slice onions and all bell peppers and add to pan. 3. Grill Chicken until cooked - cut up when done. 4. Boil water with salt and add pasta. Drain pasta when cooked and add peppers, onions, spinach (uncooked), fire roasted tomatoes and chicken. Mix well - serve. |
