2 whole eggs, scrambled |
1 t tbsp milk |
1 1/2 tbsp green pepper, chopped |
1 1/2 tbsp red onion, chopped |
1/2 oz mozzarella |
1 slice bread |
1 pinch black pepper |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Scramble eggs, milk, pepper and salt 2. Put in frying pan 3. Add onions and green peppers 4. cover and let cook 5. Add cheese 6. Serve |
