Ingredients:
2 whole eggs, scrambled
1 t tbsp milk
1 1/2 tbsp green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp red onion, chopped
1/2 oz mozzarella
1 slice bread
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Scramble eggs, milk, pepper and salt
2. Put in frying pan
3. Add onions and green peppers
4. cover and let cook
5. Add cheese
6. Serve
