Ingredients:
4 avocados, peeled, and seeded |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 roma tomato, seeded and diced |
1/2 cup sweet white onion, minced |
2 serrano chilies, minced |
1/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped |
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
sea salt, white pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and remove skin. 2. Cut avocados in chunks and put in medium size bowl. 3. Drizzle lime juice over avocados to prevent browning. 4. Add chopped onions and cilantro leaves and mash slightly together. 5. Add spices. 6. Fold tomatoes in last. |
