Kel-Bell's 15 Minute Taco Skillet

I got this recipe from my best friend Kellie (affectionately nick-named Kel-Bell ). It's quick, delicious, and oh soooo good! I add slices of avocado over mine and a can of pinto beans for extra protein but am posting this exactly as she gave it to me. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sirloin
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
2 cups water
2 cups minute rice
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups lettuce
2 tomatoes, diced
1 baked doritos
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef.
2. Drain.
3. Add taco seasoning and water.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Stir in rice.
6. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover, simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Serve over crushed baked doritos. Top with lettuce, then tomatoes. Serve.
