4 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped |
3 cups peeled, cubed potato |
1 cups sliced carrots |
1 pound cooked kielbasa, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
28 ounce reduced-sodium chicken broth |
Directions:
1. In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker combine cabbage, potato, and carrots. Top with kielbasa. 2. Sprinkle basil, thyme, and pepper over kielbasa. 3. Pour chicken broth over all. 4.
